Welcome to the Soft Skills Development module! 

This module is designed to equip students with essential soft skills needed for effective work in correctional settings, including empathy, communication, active listening, and conflict resolution. Through interactive activities, case studies, practical exercises, and self-reflective activities, learners will develop the skills necessary to build strong relationships with individuals with justice system involvement and colleagues, resolve conflicts, and create a positive impact in their professional environments.
